There are various regulations on the local, state and federal levels governing trauma scene cleanup. The federal organizations that establish these regulations include the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
